Western Illinois University Riverfront Campus recently issued the following announcement.
The Western Illinois University Board of Trustees (BOT) elected officers for July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 at its June 8 meeting.
Carolyn Ehlert Fuller of Milan (IL), retired from Deere & Company as executive director of Public Affairs & Program Support, Public Affairs Worldwide, was elected chair; Yvonne Savala, who works for the executive offices of KJWW Engineering, was elected vice chair; and Todd Lester, community president of Citizen's Bank of Macomb, a division of Morton Community Bank and a Western alumnus, was elected as secretary.
Other Board members include Steve Nelson, an attorney and shareholder with Califf and Harper in Moline (IL); Roger Clawson, a State Farm agent in Moline; Cathy Early, a retired State Farm agent from Macomb; and alumnus Lyneir Cole, a child welfare specialist with Seguin Services in Cicero.
Justin Brown was elected by the student body to serve as Western's Board of Trustees student representative from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
