Coal Valley (Rock Island County) home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Coal Valley in Rock Island County fell by $76,667 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,083 - a 50.5% decrease over the $151,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Coal Valley in February 2016, as well.
