Port Byron home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Port Byron rose by $120,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,500 - a 81.7% increase over the $147,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Port Byron in November 2016.
