Taylor Ridge home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Taylor Ridge fell by $30,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 22.2% decrease over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Taylor Ridge in November 2016, as well.
