City of Colona City Council met Sept. 9.

CALL TO ORDER: 6:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Mayor Lack, Attorney Wright, Aldermen Feliksiak, Swemline, Jones, Clerk Winegar answered present Aldermen Hillman, Holman, Shady-Dahl, King, Tapscott were absent
STAFF PRESENT:
C. Lenth Public Works Director
M. Winters Office Manager
M. Swemline Police Chief
Due to the lack of quorum no meeting was held; however, Mayor Lack gave those present an update on the bond refinancing. Also, since the Norville's were present they were given an opportunity to speak on their business license request. No actions were taken.
