New Business:
Discussion on an Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Aledo Regulating Adult-Use Recreational Cannabis Regulations.
Discussion of all provisions of the current ordinances which restrict the personal use of cannabis to bring them into compliance with the new Illinois Cannabis Statute.
Discussion on an Ordinance Amending Title 12 (Fines) and Title 13 (fees) of the City Code of Aledo, Illinois related to meet the changes of the new Illinois Cannabis Statute.
Discussion & Review of Section 6-4-4 of the Aledo City Code: Cigarettes or Tobacco, Sale to or Possession by Minors.
Discussion & Review of Tobacco and Vaping Restrictions on City Property and School District Property.
