V. OLD BUSINESS AND UPDATE ON CURRENT COMPLAINT

      A. 65-2019-PR filed 0824-2019 – moved to close the case and request that the daughter file on behalf of herself. (Jason Lopez)

      B. 67-2019-RLG filed 09-06-2019 – moved to close the case and request that the daughter file her own complaint. (Thurgood Brooks)

      C. 68-2019-JHL filed 10-05-2019 – waiting on word from complainant to move forward as requested. Letter sent in October 18, 2019.

VI. NEW BUSINESS/COMPLAINTS

      A. Official e-mail addresses. Gerald Jones will have laptops available to set up these accounts.

      B. Motion to be made to the ordinance 3 unexcused absences in a calendar year, commission making a recommendation of removal to the Mayor.

      C. Rock Island Human Rights Commission Town Hall Meeting.

      D. Strategic planning session at the December 2019 meeting
