Milan home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Milan fell by $33,343 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,658 - a 29% decrease over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Milan in March 2019.
