Rock Island home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Rock Island fell by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,000 - a 1.6% decrease over the $95,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Rock Island in the first quarter of 2019.
