5 inmates to be released from Kewanee Reentry Center April 2020

Kewanee Life Skills Re-Entry Center is set to have at least Five inmates released on mandatory supervision during April 2020, according to the Illinois Department of Corrections.

Willie Barnes, convicted of "MURDER/INTENT TO KILL/INJURE", served the longest amount of time at Kewanee Life Skills Re-Entry Center, spending over 28 years incarcerated.

Most prison inmates are released on some condition of supervised monitoring. This monitoring can last from a year to the rest of someone’s life.
