On June 29, Mary M. Dopler purchased a home at 628 Mansur Ave., Carbon Cliff from Versluys Betty J. (trust) for $65,000.

So far in June 2021, this is the only property that sold in Carbon Cliff as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Betty Jane Versluys, 97, was the only registered voter residing at 628 Mansur Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
