On July 9, Tamara and Wayne Trust Close sold their home at 2615 30 St., Rock Island to Mark L. Simmons Jr. and Jessica L. Devolder for $120,000.

So far in July 2021, 11 properties sold in Rock Island.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marlene a Dawson, 89, was the only registered voter residing at 2615 30 St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
