The home at 2 Sunset Drive, Cordova was sold on Aug. 30 by Brandon J./Kathryn Nichols for $185,000. The buyer was Cathy Walls.

This home last sold for $148,000 on Oct. 20, 2014.

So far in August 2021, two properties sold in Cordova.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kathryn R. Nichols has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Brandon J. Nichols has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
