November 2020: Home prices in Milan increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Milan rose by $27,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 21.8% increase over the $127,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Milan in November 2019, as well.
