On Sept. 3, Justinian and Katelyn Keimig purchased a home at 1205 28 Ave., Silvis from Cynthia/Dana Keimig for $190,000.

So far in September 2021, two properties sold in Silvis.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kristen E. Varchetto, 33, was the only registered voter residing at 1205 28 Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
