Hampton median home prices fell by 29.2% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Hampton fell by $59,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 29.2% decrease over the $203,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hampton in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Hampton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,184, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
