The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Hampton fell by $44,000 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 23.4% decrease over the $188,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Hampton in the third quarter of 2020.
