Home prices increased in Andalusia during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Andalusia rose by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 14% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Andalusia in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Andalusia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,045, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
