Taylor Ridge home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Taylor Ridge rose by $60,450 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,450 - a 33.6% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Taylor Ridge in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Taylor Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,730, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
