The home at 7006 106 Ave., Milan was sold on Sept. 24 by Love Dorrie A. (trustee) for $244,000. The buyers were Ashleigh N. and Joshua R. Petersen.

So far in September 2021, nine properties sold in Milan.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Tashia J Love, 32, was the only registered voter residing at 7006 106 Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
