So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Coal Valley as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lori A. Evans (55) has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
