The commercial property at 1701 2 St., Milan was sold on Oct. 14 by Hic Mhpi LLC for $8,000,000. The buyer was Yes High Cliff LLC.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $95,605.16, which is 1.2% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of four sales so far in Milan in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David Pierce, 83, was the only registered voter residing at 1701 2 St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
