1. Council Bill/Resolution 1229-2021
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to a Consultant Services Agreement for a comprehensive pavement condition survey with Infrastructure Management Services, L.L.C., (IMS) for the amount of $70,978, until project completion or December 31, 2023, whichever comes first.
2. Council Bill/Resolution 1230-2021
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and attest to a new five-year lease agreement with the United States Postal Service (USPS), in which the City rents parking spaces in the Midtowne Ramp to USPS.
3. Council Bill/Resolution 1231-2021
A Resolution authorizing the Chief of Police to execute a Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Moline Police Department and the Quad Cities Open Network-Hub (QCON-Hub), setting forth the cooperative roles and responsibilities of the Quad Cities Open Network-Hub and the City of Moline Police Department in the utilization of the Integrated Referral and Intake System (IRIS).
