1. Amending Chapter 4, “ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR,” of the Moline Code of Ordinances – Self Serve (Margaret Kostopulos, Corporation Counsel) This item will also appear on the Non-Consent Agenda for consideration to allow Pour Bros Craft Taproom to open as soon as possible.

2. Traffic Signal Purchase (Joe Kuhlenbeck, Building Official) This item will also appear on the Non Consent Agenda to allow the use of available TIF #8 funds expiring on December 31, 2021.

3. Hive Consulting Agreement for Sesquicentennial (Bob Vitas, City Administrator) This item will also appear on the Non-Consent Agenda due to a grant deadline of December 31, 2021.
