City of Moline Traffic Engineering Committee met Jan. 4.

3. Approval of minutes of the Traffic Engineering Committee meeting of December 7, 2021.
4. Request to make the alley a one-way for westbound traffic between 15th Street Place and 16th Street and 17th Avenue and 18th Avenue A.
Explanation: Request to make this alley a one-way for westbound traffic. Resident states there is too much traffic and it isn’t wide enough for cars to go each way. Resident claims to have seen numerous times that cars have to go up into yards to avoid each other.
Police Department collected data for eastbound & westbound traffic on this alley over the last several weeks. Further documentation is attached.
