On Oct. 14, Margaret A. Hasselroth and John Francisco Saldana purchased a home at 217 Hilltop Court, Milan from Leonard Holmgren, Pippert Lois F. and Cynthia Springer for $118,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,584.32, 3.04% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, eight properties sold in Milan.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 217 Hilltop Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patricia Anne Holmgren, 78, Cynthia Karen Pippert, 65, and John L. Holmgren, 56.
