a. Discuss sewer backup that occurred on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at RICCA. DOCAS Nick Gottwalt has ordered “Sewer Heat” and “Ultra-Grease Block” from Pollard water to have on hand for future issues. b. Review quote from Mississippi Valley Pump to repair or purchase a new pump at Treatment Facility #2 (Pump House B).

▪ (Repair) MVP is pleased to offer the following quotation to repair one (1) Grunfos Pump Model #A96419548-P20737120, Serial #85900714 to include the following: Bearing for motor, seal, bearing kit, wear kit, bearing coupler kit, gasket kit, stack kit and shop labor. Total Price $4,430.00. Delivery time on parts – 4 to 6 weeks

▪ (New) For one (1) New Pump Model #CR32-2-2 pump only and repair motor bearings. Total Price $4,240.00 + Frt. Delivery time – 18 to 20 weeks

c. Motion to approve and authorize Mississippi Valley Pump to (repair/purchase) the pump at Treatment Facility #2 based on the above quote in the amount of $___________.

d. Motion to approve a quote from Mississippi Valley Pump to replace the valves at the Water Plant for a Total Price of $4,215.00 + Freight, to consist of the following:

▪ Two (2) 2.5” Gate Valves

▪ One (1) 3” Check Valve

▪ Misc. Hardware and gasket

▪ Labor and travel to remove existing and install new

▪ Delivery time on parts – 1 to 2 weeks
