Median home prices in Moline rose to $120,000 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Moline rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 737.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 243 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 25% increase over the $96,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Moline in the fourth quarter of 2020.
