Carbon Cliff median home prices fell by 13% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Carbon Cliff fell by $19,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,000 - a 13% decrease over the $150,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carbon Cliff in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Carbon Cliff for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,948, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
