Milan home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Milan rose by $40,750 while total sales increased by 740%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,750 - a 34% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Milan in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Milan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,648, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
