The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Taylor Ridge fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Taylor Ridge fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,500 - a 13.4% decrease over the $223,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Taylor Ridge in the fourth quarter of 2020.
