The second half of 2021: Hillsdale experienced a 65.4% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Hillsdale fell by $85,000 while total sales increased by 112.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 65.4% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hillsdale in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hillsdale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,110, approximately 4.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
