Median home prices in Carbon Cliff rose to $104,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Carbon Cliff rose by $9,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Carbon Cliff in the second half of 2020.
