The second half of 2021: Home prices in Moline increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Moline rose by $20,600 while total sales increased by 98.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 557 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 19.7% increase over the $104,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 280 homes sold in Moline in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Moline for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,482, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
