Pricing for the median home in Milan increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Milan rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 164.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 32.7% increase over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Milan in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Milan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,648, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
