The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Andalusia fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 13.3% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Andalusia in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Andalusia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,045, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
