2021: Andalusia experienced a 12.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Andalusia fell by $19,100 while total sales decreased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,900 - a 12.7% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Andalusia in 2020.

The median sales tax in Andalusia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,045, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for 2021.
