7. Consider Highway Items

a. Consider Engineering Services Agreement for County Highway 50 and County Highway 55 Bridges

b. Consider Engineering Services Agreement for County Highway 63 Pavement Reconstruction Project

c. Consider Engineering Services Agreement for County Highway Locker Room & Restroom Improvements

d. Consider Agreement for 2024 Bridge Inspections & Bituminous Plant Inspections

e. Consider Local Agency Agreement for Federal Participation for Resurfacing of County Highway 14

f. Consider Resolution for Improvement under the Illinois Highway Code for Resurfacing of County Highway 14

g. Consider Supplemental Resolution for Improvement under the Illinois Highway Code for Resurfacing of County Highway 62 (Ridgewood Road)

8. The Committee may enter into closed session per the following:

 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (1) – The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (2) – Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.

9. Consider action as necessary based on closed session

10. Committee member opportunity for brief comment (no decisions will be made)
