City of Colona City Council met Feb. 26.

OLD BUSINESS:
1. Discuss ATV & UTV snow plow use on City Streets - Motion by Council to move forward with code amendment to allow
2. Discuss/Answer questions on purposed Budget for FY 2024-2025
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discuss old Farm House - Tear down, refurbish, or sell property? Parcel # 06132280007 1.42 acres includes garage.
2. Discuss garage use at CSFP
3. Approve allowing Green Rock/Colona American Legion Post 1233 to close the alley from Broadway to and including Swanny's on April 6th from 8 AM- 8 PM for a Charity event.
4. Approve waiving permit fees for a Citywide yard sale event the first weekend of May, starting Thursday, May 2, ending Sunday, May 5.
