7. Consider Agreement with Hutchinson Engineering Inc. for Interim County Engineering Services

8. Consider Motor Fuel Tax Resolution to Pay for Interim County Engineering Services

9. Consider Appointment of Interim County Engineer to include compensation adjustment

10. Consider Use of Skywalk Group for Recruitment of County Engineer Candidates, not to exceed $15,000

11. Consider Approval of Bid from Scott’s Painting & Decorating for 1985 Jail Painting, to include additional ARPA funding of $369,000

12. Consider Highway Items

a. Review of Quotes Received April 1, 2024; Guardrail Repair Section 24-00000-02-GM

13. Consider Zoning Board of Appeals Case

A. RZ-24-102 JAMES HEATON; AG-2 to SE-2; HA

14. The Committee may enter into closed session per the following:

• 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (1) – The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

• 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (2) – Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.

15. Consider action as necessary based on closed session

16. Committee member opportunity for brief comment (no decisions will be made)

17. Adjourn
