Rock Island County Public Works and Facilities Committee met May 13.

5. Consider temporary reassignment of Engineering Tech III to Interim County Engineer at the RICO Highway Department.

6. Consider request to enter into Agreement with Hutchison for County Engineering Services

7. MFT Resolution for $300,000.00 for the reconstruction of County Highway 63 from Mercer County line to Knoxville road.

8. Consider ARPA request of $12,027.00 for new County Administration Building doors.

9. Consider Utility Agreement with Vero Fiber Optic Networks, LLC

10. Consider Rock Island County Jail Kitchen Project in the amount of $253,000.00 from ARPA Funds

11. Consider Zoning Board of Appeals Cases

a. RZ-24-103 Sandra Bridge-Chase AG-1 to SE-2 CO

b. SU-24-205 Fowl Solar, LLC Com Solar Energy Facility CR

12. The Committee may enter into closed session per the following:

• 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (1) – The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.

• 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (2) – Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees. 13. Consider action as necessary based on closed session
