City of Moline Library Board of Trustees met April 25.

Call to Order

Library Board President, Regina Nelson, called the meeting to order at 12:01 PM in the Library Platinum Room.

Roll Call

Roll call was taken with Cunningham, Enani, Kaple, Koeller, Nelson, Poor, Runnels, Smith, and Sommers present. Absent: None.

Moline Library Gardens Update

Discussion on bid sheets and costs. Runnels made a motion, seconded by Nelson, to accept the base bid from Centennial Contractors of the Quad Cities for $1, 287, 000 and to reject alternate bid #1 and alternate bid #2. Next steps were discussed, including getting City Council’s approval in the coming weeks. Lear will share more logistics on the project and the process going forward.
