Approve payment of bills/Claims by Vendor for the period of August 13-26, 2024
Approve payroll for the period August 11-25, 2024
Approve minutes for August 12, 2024 CC Meeting. OLD BUSINESS: NONE
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Approve Colona School District 190 playground equipment sale agreement for "$0". Authorize Mayor to execute.
2. Approve Alley Closures for Swanny's Customer Appreciation Party. Party date is Sept. 14 and 15, 2024. Party is on September 14, 2024 and cleanup is on September 15, 2024. The alley will reopen by 1pm Sunday September 15, 2024.
3. Approve limited street closure Rt. 84 5th Ave between 2nd and 1st Ave. Rt. 84. This needs to be done for safety reasons during Hennepin 100 Event starting Friday 5pm October 4th thru Sunday 3pm October 6th
4. Discuss agreement with US Fish and Wildlife please see attach for information.
5. Motion to move to a CLOSED SESSION (per OMA) for 5ILCS 120/2C-5 the purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body including meetings held for the purpose of whether a particular parcel should be acquired.
6. Motion to return to regular open session.
