1. Notice of change City Halls business hours open from 8am-4pm effective Monday, November 4, 2024.
• City Hall will be open 6am to 7pm for voting on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024.
2. Notice of FEMA Disaster Assistance for Henry county citizens information available thru office of Emergency Management (OEM), also information posted on City website, and fliers are available at City Hall and posted on city board sign.

OLD BUSINESS:
1. Approve moving forward with purchase of Mission Communications (SCADA) online system for City high priority lift stations to better enhance the City CMOM Plan. Public Works Director, Mayor, and PW Committee recommends. Tabled from 10-14-2024 CC Meeting. Waive any bidding requirement if needed. For lift station (Poppy Garden Road, 3rd Avenue, 8th Avenue, and 10th Avenue). Purchase not to exceed $24,000 (see attached quote in packet).
2. Approve use of Clubhouse at no charge, by Camper’s United Group, one night per week if Clubhouse is not rented. Camper’s United agrees to donate 50% of all earnings to Colona Scott Family Park to be used for park improvements. Camper’s United will clean and restore Clubhouse after each use to the satisfaction of CSFP management. Shall comply with all government regulations, state and local, and obtain any necessary permits, and supply these permits to The City prior to the use of the facility. Tabled from 10-14-2024 CC Meeting. No state permit submitted as of 10/25/2024. Motion to remove from table, possible action.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Approve the purchase of new 2024 John Deere 325G Compact Track Loader item #77766 and set f HD 4000 IB Forks Item #78445, Hi-Flow package (see quote #1006315) from Martin Equipment of Rock Island. Purchase includes two year or 2000 HR complete factory warranty. Also, purchase will include the following additional attachments that can be utilized by this machine:
1. RC72B Rotary Cutter with front wheel kit (72 inch)
2. PR84 (7 ft) Power Rake
3. Grapple Bucket (for brush removal)
4. Box pick up broom
For a total cost of $111,371.44
This purchase is thru Sourcewell Quote- Contract #011723-JDC Member #206303 (Government Entity Pricing)
Also, this purchase comes with the opportunity for 0% for 48 months financing offer if contract is signed prior to the end of October.
Authorize Mayor to execute all necessary documents and Treasurer/ Finance Director to schedule monthly payment schedule as required to be charged against Public Works vehicle and equipment replacement program. Utilizing the 0%- 48 month offer and earmarking the amount of the total purchase price to be held in reserve.
