9.1. Proposed Amendments to Chapter 30: Solid Waste of the Geneseo Code of Ordinances

Motion to recommend that staff bring back an ordinance to the 06/10/25 City Council Meeting to approve the changes to Chapter 30 of the City Code of Ordinances, and to place on the consent agenda.

9.2. O-25-06: Amendment to Chapter 34 of the City Code: Municipal Grocery Retailers' Occupation Tax & Municipal Grocery Service Occupation Tax

Motion to recommend O-25-06 to the City Council Meeting and to place on the consent agenda.

10. PAYMENT OF CITY AND UTILITY BILLS

10.1. Bill Payments

Motion to pay the bills as presented.

11. PUBLIC COMMENT - ALL OTHER ITEMS
