County Administrator Jim Grafton reported that on May 2nd he met with the architect with ESTES and the Information Technology people for the problems with the Board room countertops, no one is assuming fault and we can’t figure out what caused it. This might take some time; the Technology people are going to absorb the cost they are going to remove all the technology and put the new stuff back in. We are looking at a couple of options. I will give you more information as I receive it. Last week we met with ESTES to do a coordination schedule to do the epoxy floor in the basement. We will try to do this over Memorial Day Weekend. I have reached out to the City of Rock Island with interest in the sidewalk repair in front of the County Office Building. Fleet is up and running. May 22nd & 23rd we will have a surplus furniture sale at fleet.
