a. 2025-27-PC: Consideration of a Resolution granting Nicholas and Sarah Wood for a Variance to allow a freestanding solar array 332 square feet in area where the maximum is 240 square feet, on property zoned “R-2” One-Family Residence Zoning District, addressed as 3007 36th Street (PIN 17-10-102-010).

b. 2025-28-PC: Consideration of a positive recommendation to City Council for a request from City of Moline to remove the requirement of a quarter-page display advertisement in a local newspaper of general circulation for certain rezoning map amendments & text amendments to the Zoning and Land Development Code; and to remove the requirement of a quarter-page display advertisement in a local newspaper of general circulation for certain Comprehensive Plan map amendments and text amendment requests that shall not require mailed notice to any property owner; and to update notice requirements for Zoning and Land Development Code rezoning and text amendment requests and for Comprehensive Plan map amendments and text amendments.
