Motion to approve the 08/19/25 minutes as presented.
5. PUBLIC HEARING
5.1. Open the Public Hearing
Motion to open the public hearing for public input on the application from Brandon Schnowske for a variance to create a new parcel with a width of 65', a variance of 10' from the standard 75' width requirement.
6. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
6.1. Close the Public Hearing
Motion to close the public hearing.
7. NEW BUSINESS ITEM(S)
7.1. Variance Application: Lot Width Variance Request - 302 E. Chestnut St.
Motion to approve the variance request from Brandon Schnowske, allowing for the current parcel at 302 E Chestnut to be split into two separate parcels of 67' and 65' width respectively.
