a. Approve Ordinance [O-25-10]; amending Ordinance O-23-02 Sections 2, 3, 4, & 5 regarding travel, meal, and lodging expenses for the City of Colona
b. Approve Resolution [R-25-47]; declaring city-owned property located at 713 1st Street, Colona as surplus and authorizing the sale of said property
c. Approve Addendum No. 1 to the agreement with MaGuire Iron, amending the work and fee schedule to distribute costs more evenly over a 10-year period and reflecting an increase of $28,289.00 to the 8th Street Tank agreement due to maintenance scheduling adjustments
d. Approve listing agreement with Hawkeye Commercial Real Estate Company e. Approve taking back ownership of Park District Records from the Illinois State Archivist and adding it to the retention schedule in accordance with the Local Records Act f.
