Meeting Called to Order
Commissioner Dahlstrom called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
Roll Call of Members
Roll call performed. Commissioner Dahlstrom and Nelson were present. Commissioner Flowers was absent.

Public Comment
None.
Executive Session
Commissioner Dahlstrom moved to adjourn into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Nelson and carried on a roll call vote as follows: Ayes: Commissioner Dahlstrom and Commissioner Nelson; Nays: none.
The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners convened in Executive Session at 8:10 a.m.
The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners reconvened in Open Session at 10:40 a.m.

Adjournment
Commissioner Nelson moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Dahlstrom and carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
